Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a financial institution location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this role, you will support daily operations with integrity, teamwork, and a caring approach while contributing to a reliable and professional environment.

Position Type: Part Time / Swing Shift

Pay Rate: $20.25 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the building, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or conditions that may require attention.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor and employee activity in accordance with site protocols, helping to support a professional environment and report concerns to management.
• Complete routine reports and logs related to patrol activity, incidents, and/or daily operations while following Allied Universal standards and location-specific expectations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
