WHAT OUR SECURITY OFFICERS DO

Security Officers help to ensure our guests have a safe and enjoyable experience to remember.   

A SECURITY OFFICER'S DAY-TO-DAY

  • Greet guests in a friendly and inviting manner
  • Check guest identification when age restrictions are enforced
  • Ensure guests adhere to the venue's safety policies and procedures
  • Assists with monitoring alcohol service security functions, including guest serving limits
  • Diffuses difficult guest situations with integrity
  • Assist and direct guests as needed
  • Communicates potential guest service issues to management team

WHAT IT TAKES

  • 2+ years in a similar role preferred
  • A passion for guest service and hospitality
  • Background Checks and Security Certifications (where applicable)

WORK ENVIRONMENT/ PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • Typical entertainment and waterpark environment where you'll walk, bend, and stand for extended periods, and may lift objects with some assistance. You'll work outdoors in various weather conditions and remain highly alert throughout your shift.   

  • Job Type: Part-time, Seasonal

  • Weekly Day Range: Weekend availability, Flexible scheduling
