The managerwill provide the Inside Sales Representative with customer leads, including existing customers for quoting opportunities and customers to contact for additional business opportunities. I will also provide prospect lists and other resources to help identify and develop new potential customers.
Conduct thorough research on potential clients to tailor sales approaches effectively.
Prepare and deliver accurate, competitive price quotes tailored to customer needs and specification 
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions .
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to team goals.
Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize customer value.
Assist with contract negotiation and ensure timely order fulfillment in coordination with internal departments.
Continuously update product knowledge to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.
Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to enhance sales skills and industry understanding.

Job Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in sales principles with demonstrated enthusiasm for building relationships and delivering results. Keyqualifications and skills required for this role include:
A bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory; relevant work experience or training will be considered.
0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or related fields is desirable.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
