Revenue Cycle Manager Scottsdale, AZ $26.00 - $35.00 per Hour Full-Time | Monday-Friday | Onsite A leading healthcare organization in the Scottsdale area is partnering with our recruiting team to identify an experienced Revenue Cycle Manager to oversee and support day-to-day revenue cycle operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a healthcare professional with a strong background in medical billing, accounts receivable, claims management, and reimbursement processes who is looking to contribute to a growing and patient-focused organization. Position Overview The Revenue Cycle Manager will be responsible for managing revenue cycle functions to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement while improving operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of healthcare billing practices, insurance processes, and revenue cycle performance metrics. Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee revenue cycle operations, including billing, claims submission, payment posting, collections, and denial management
  • Monitor accounts receivable and implement strategies to improve collection performance
  • Analyze revenue cycle metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, payer requirements, and billing standards
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve reimbursement and billing issues
  • Review and address claim denials, appeals, and payment discrepancies
  • Develop and maintain efficient workflows that support revenue growth and operational success
  • Generate reports and provide insights on revenue cycle performance
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a Revenue Cycle Manager, Medical Billing Manager, or similar healthcare revenue cycle role
  • Strong understanding of medical billing, insurance verification, collections, claims processing, and reimbursement practices
  • Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, commercial insurance, and payer guidelines
  • Experience with healthcare billing software and electronic medical records systems
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities
Compensation & Schedule
  • $26.00 - $35.00 per hour, depending on experience
  • Monday through Friday schedule
  • Full-time onsite position in Scottsdale, Arizona
