Your work will primarily occur during regular business hours; however, occasional evening and weekend hours may be required to accommodate special events and community outreach programs.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' social, emotional, and psychological needs, thorough enough to inform tailored interventions.
• Deliver individual and group counseling sessions leveraging evidence-based therapeutic methods to support a diverse student body facing various challenges.
• Develop, implement, and monitor service plans that align with client goals, ensuring progress is tracked and adjusted as needed.
• Actively advocate for clients' rights, facilitating access to necessary resources while addressing social justice issues affecting students and their families.
• Engage in program development initiatives, contribute to program evaluations, and assist in grant reporting to ensure funding and support for our services.
• Foster collaborative relationships with community organizations, governmental agencies, and volunteers to enhance the breadth and depth of services provided to students.
• Participate in team meetings, ongoing training opportunities, and community outreach activities to stay informed and effectively contribute to program objectives.

This role primarily serves school-aged children and their families, focusing on providing support to those experiencing emotional, behavioral, and academic challenges. You will engage with students from diverse backgrounds, including those from marginalized communities, ensuring that every client feels seen, heard, and empowered.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.
• Strong grounding in social justice, trauma-informed care, and knowledge of community resources is essential for effectively meeting client needs.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and organizational skills are critical for establishing rapport with students and their families.

• Experience working within a nonprofit organization or in a school setting will be highly regarded.
• Familiarity with advocacy and educational program development will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a generous sign-on bonus.
