What You'll Be Doing:

  • Help supervise store staff and support employee training activities
  • Work alternating shifts with the Store Manager to support daily operations
  • Complete additional responsibilities as assigned by store leadership
  • Perform store opening and closing procedures
  • Prepare and manage daily bank deposits, including bank drop-offs
  • Obtain change for store operations when needed
  • Receive, organize, and process incoming merchandise shipments
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment
  • Process customer purchases accurately in accordance with company procedures
  • Welcome customers, answer incoming calls, and provide assistance as needed
  • Support customers in locating products and making purchasing decisions

What You'll Need

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 2 years of retail experience preferred
  • Previous assistant management or leadership experience is a plus
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods
  • Valid driver's license required; bilingual skills are an advantage
