About Us: At Residence Inn by Marriott Rancho Cordova. We create a welcoming home-away-from home experience for our guests. We are seeking a motivated, service- oriented Front Office Supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and enjoys leading a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Position Summary:

The Front Office Supervisor supports the daily operations of the Front Desk and serves as a leader and role model for the guest services team. This position is responsible for ensuring outstanding guest service, maintaining brand standards, assisting with team development, and supporting the Front Office Manager in achieving operational and financial goals. 

Key Front Desk Responsibilities Maintain administrative records, forms, and compliance documents.
Assist GMs with scheduling meetings, compiling reports, and managing internal documentation.
Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Supervise front desk operations during assigned shifts.
Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Sales to ensure a seamless guest experience. 
Balance Cash drawers and ensure accurate billing and payment processing.
Handle guest requests, complaints, and service recovery with professionalism.
Assist with training, coaching, and motivating front desk associates. Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Front Desk hotel experience required (supervisory preferred)

Strong organization and attention to detail

Ability to balance guest service with administrative work

Comfortable working with PMS and accounting systems

Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. 

Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
