Work Environment

This position primarily serves clients at our Detox Center, providing you with the opportunity to work alongside a dedicated treatment team focused on holistic wellness.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to identify needs and develop personalized treatment plans aimed at fostering recovery and resilience.

• Implement evidence-based interventions tailored to individual circumstances, ensuring the highest level of care and client engagement.

• Maintain accurate, thorough clinical records to meet confidentiality standards and compliance regulations, reflecting the dynamic progress of client treatment.

• Collaborate closely with a diverse treatment team to provide holistic care, engaging in regular consultations to align goals and improve treatment outcomes.

• Educate and support clients and their families on coping strategies, facilitating their understanding of mental health challenges and the recovery process.

• Stay abreast of the latest research in mental health, continuously integrating new knowledge into practice for enhanced client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working primarily with individuals facing significant mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, and depression. Our patient population varies widely, requiring a tailored approach to each client’s unique experiences and backgrounds. Your insights and interventions will guide clients on their path to healing, empowering them to regain control over their lives.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid LCSW license in the state of California, affirming your credentials to practice independently.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience working with diverse populations, demonstrating your ability to navigate complex emotional landscapes.

• Proficiency in solution-based psychotherapy techniques, ensuring effective, measurable outcomes for clients.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for effective engagement with clients, families, and the treatment team.

• Attractive annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $140,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
