In this full-time position, you will provide crucial mental health support while enjoying the flexibility of a remote work environment. Your expertise will directly impact the lives of those dealing with trauma, anxiety, and depression, making a lasting difference in their journeys toward recovery.

While you will primarily work independently, our clinic fosters a collaborative atmosphere where team communication and support are emphasized. This position primarily serves clients at our Detox Center, providing you with the opportunity to work alongside a dedicated treatment team focused on holistic wellness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to identify needs and develop personalized treatment plans aimed at fostering recovery and resilience.

  • Implement evidence-based interventions tailored to individual circumstances, ensuring the highest level of care and client engagement.

  • Collaborate closely with a diverse treatment team to provide holistic care, engaging in regular consultations to align goals and improve treatment outcomes.

  • Educate and support clients and their families on coping strategies, facilitating their understanding of mental health challenges and the recovery process.

  • Stay abreast of the latest research in mental health, continuously integrating new knowledge into practice for enhanced client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working primarily with individuals facing significant mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, and depression. Our patient population varies widely, requiring a tailored approach to each client’s unique experiences and backgrounds. Your insights and interventions will guide clients on their path to healing, empowering them to regain control over their lives.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

  • A valid LCSW license in the state of California, affirming your credentials to practice independently.

  • A minimum of two years of clinical experience working with diverse populations, demonstrating your ability to navigate complex emotional landscapes.

  • Proficiency in solution-based psychotherapy techniques, ensuring effective, measurable outcomes for clients.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for effective engagement with clients, families, and the treatment team.

  • Robust problem-solving and critical thinking skills to adapt strategies based on the needs of clients.

  • A collaborative spirit that thrives in a supportive team environment, committed to shared goals for client care.

Preferred Experience
  • Experience in a detox or addiction recovery setting is a plus, equipping you with insights unique to this client population.

  • Demonstrated expertise in various therapeutic modalities that align with trauma-informed care approaches.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Attractive annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $140,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance to ensure your well-being and that of your family.

  • Generous life and disability insurance coverage, along with malpractice insurance for peace of mind.

  • Access to an employee assistance program dedicated to supporting your mental health and wellness.

  • Unlimited referrals for a fulfilling caseload, coupled with minimal paperwork requirements to maximize your time with clients.
