Job description

About Huzzle
At Huzzle, we connect exceptional talent with top opportunities at leading companies across the UK, US, Canada, Europe, and Australia. Our clients include fast-growing startups, digital agencies, SaaS companies, and tech-enabled businesses across industries such as MarTech, FinTech, EdTech, and eCommerce. Unlike traditional outsourcing agencies, we place you directly with innovative companies where you become a valued member of the team.
About the company
A fast-growing growth consultancy and marketing partner, our client specializes in scaling service-based businesses through a proprietary AI-driven expansion engine. By focusing on high-intent lead generation, sales process optimization, and operational infrastructure, the team helps niche contractors-particularly within the insulation and home services sectors-move beyond traditional revenue caps toward eight-figure milestones. They differentiate themselves from typical agencies by acting as a full-tuition partner, providing expertise in paid acquisition, talent recruitment, and backend automation to ensure sustainable, long-term scaling.
The company operates with a high-performance, results-oriented culture that prioritizes measurable impact and return on investment over vanity metrics. Joining this team offers the chance to work in a dynamic, remote-friendly environment where innovation in digital marketing and systems architecture is constant. With a focus on building "omnipresence" for their partners, the team is dedicated to solving complex growth constraints and helping businesses establish market dominance through data-driven strategies and streamlined conversion logic.
Job Type Full-time
Job Summary
We are looking for a high-performance Senior Media Buyer to spearhead Meta ad strategy for a rapidly growing portfolio of insulation and home improvement businesses. This is not a "maintenance" role; we need a strategic owner who understands the nuances of high-ticket lead generation and high-intent funnel economics. You will have full autonomy over account performance, managing the bridge between creative strategy and technical execution. As the company continues its rapid expansion, this role is designed to evolve into a leadership position where you will mentor junior talent and shape the agency's media buying standards.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize Meta ad campaigns for a portfolio of approximately 10 active client accounts.
  • Build, test, and iterate on sophisticated lead gen funnels, including VSLs and booked-call workflows
  • Take full ownership of the client relationship, leading weekly performance calls independently and providing clear, concise reporting.
  • Analyze performance data to drive actionable decisions, moving beyond surface-level metrics to focus on sales performance and lead quality.
  • Collaborate directly with the founder to develop and test new ad creatives, hooks, and messaging angles.
  • Monitor budgets, pacing, and delivery to ensure optimal scaling and client ROI.
  • Document and systemize processes to ensure internal scalability and quality control.
  • Proactively identify underperforming accounts and implement solutions before they are flagged by leadership.

Requirements
  • Proven experience managing $30k-$100k+ in monthly Meta ad spend across multiple accounts.
  • Extensive experience in the home services, home improvement, or contractor verticals.
  • Deep understanding of high-ticket, considered-purchase sales cycles and how to drive qualified inspections/applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to scale Meta campaigns profitably with a structured testing methodology.
  • Experience mentoring or reviewing the work of junior media buyers.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to lead high-level client meetings without hand-holding.
  • An "Extreme Ownership" mentality; you are tenacious about getting results and are comfortable having difficult conversations when necessary.
  • Ability to work within or overlap significantly with EST/CST timezones.

Nice-to-Haves
  • Prior experience specifically within the insulation industry.
  • Advanced knowledge of funnel building and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Ability to stay ahead of Meta platform changes and implement shifts before they impact client performance.

Benefits
Competitive base salary with performance-based bonuses
Clear path to a leadership/management role
Fully remote work environment with flexible scheduling
Opportunity to work with a rapidly growing company (scaling from 21 clients and counting)
High levels of autonomy and ownership over your portfolio
Opportunity to build and document the systems you use
