• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs and collaboratively set treatment goals.
• Provide diverse therapy modalities, tailored to individual clients, including individual counseling, group therapy, and crisis intervention.
• Develop, implement, and periodically review comprehensive treatment plans to monitor client progress.
• Actively collaborate with other professionals including psychiatrists, social workers, and placement agencies to coordinate client care and support systems.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of all documentation, session notes, and tracking of treatment progress.
• Participate in staff meetings, case reviews, and continuing education opportunities to enhance skills and contribute to a positive team culture.

Your work at Caremate Health will involve supporting a wide range of clients from various backgrounds, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. • A valid and current license in Arizona as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health counseling is essential.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, allow effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
• Proactive approach to building rapport with clients and nurturing therapeutic relationships.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities and a commitment to personal and professional growth.

• Experience working in community health settings or with diverse populations is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and approaches, including trauma-informed care.
• Knowledge of local mental health resources and community services that can enhance client care.
