This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while offering the flexibility to create your own schedule based on your availability. Connecting with clients through a secure and user-friendly platform, therapists can offer sessions via video chat. Our outpatient setting focuses on providing compassionate care to stable, low acuity adults, ensuring that you can deliver your services in a comfortable environment.

• Conduct ethical and compassionate individual mental health counseling sessions via video chat.
• Utilize solution-focused treatment modalities to facilitate effective therapy sessions.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of each client.
• Help clients explore their experiences, feelings, and relationships to foster self-awareness and growth.
• Monitor client progress throughout the treatment journey and assist in developing healthy coping strategies.
• Collaborate with our dedicated team to ensure the highest standard of care for our clients.

The clients you will serve primarily consist of stable adults dealing with a variety of mental health challenges. Your role will involve addressing diverse needs, which may include anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and stress management. By helping these individuals develop vital coping skills and insights, you will contribute to significantly improving their overall quality of life.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A valid license to practice independently as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• No limited/provisional licenses allowed and free from any disciplinary actions.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills complemented by an empathetic approach to therapy.
• Strong computer literacy to navigate our therapeutic platform efficiently.

• Previous experience providing therapy in a virtual setting is beneficial.
• Experience working with diverse populations and varying mental health concerns is considered an asset.
• Ability to utilize various treatment modalities to enhance therapy outcomes.

We offer a competitive salary range between USD 90,000 and 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience, patient load, and hours worked. Additional benefits include:
