This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while connecting with clients nationwide. • Conduct individual therapy sessions using secure video conferencing tools to ensure privacy and confidentiality for clients.
• Utilize evidence-based treatment approaches to create effective, personalized therapy plans that align with each client’s specific goals and needs.
• Encourage clients to adopt and implement healthy coping strategies through guided discussions and therapeutic exercises.
• Monitor and assess client progress consistently, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to optimize outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with organization policies and state regulations.

The clients you will be serving come from diverse backgrounds and may be facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your role will involve working with adolescents and adults, addressing their unique needs, fostering resilience, and promoting personal growth through tailored therapeutic interventions.

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.
• Current and unrestricted licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to connect empathically with clients.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and comfort with the virtual therapy landscape.
• Strong organizational skills and capacity to self-manage schedules and client caseloads effectively.

• Minimum of two years of experience in the mental health counseling field.
• Experience with diverse therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based approaches.
• Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and training in mental health best practices.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and credentials. In addition, our benefits package includes:
