Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Caremate Health, you will engage directly with clients to facilitate their journey toward mental wellness. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific needs and goals.
• Conducting regular therapy sessions and utilizing prevention-oriented techniques to empower clients.
• Implementing evidence-based interventions and regularly reviewing treatment strategies to ensure effectiveness.
• Collaborating with other mental health professionals, placement agencies, and community resources to provide comprehensive care.
• Maintaining precise documentation and timely completion of client notes and treatment records to uphold compliance and quality standards.
• Participating actively in team meetings to enhance communication and share insights that benefit the entire practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will predominantly involve engaging with a diverse client population across varying age groups and backgrounds, addressing a broad spectrum of mental health challenges. Qualifications

To be considered for this impactful position, candidates must possess:

• A valid and fully active license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health counseling or a closely related area.
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication, along with the ability to establish rapport and foster relationships with clients effectively.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities and a commitment to ongoing professional development.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, the following experiences are desirable and will enhance your application:

• Familiarity with community mental health resources and agencies.
• Prior work in outpatient settings, specifically providing therapy services.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and remote client interactions.

Compensation and Benefits
