Key Skills amp; Qualifications We’re Looking For:

  • Business Analysis: Proven experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements, documenting business processes, and developing solutions that meet organizational needs.
  • Collaboration: Strong ability to work with stakeholders across multiple teams to identify business needs and translate them into actionable requirements for IT systems and processes.
  • Tools amp; Techniques: Proficiency with business analysis tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, Visio, and experience with Agile methodologies or related frameworks.
  • Problem Solving amp; Critical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex business problems and propose data-driven solutions that drive efficiency and improve performance.
