Make an Impact with “Therapy with Heart”

At Behavioral Transformations, we provide high-quality, heart-centered ABA therapy to children ages 2–20 with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities.

We believe every child can learn with the right environment, the right support, and the right people—and that starts with you.

Why Join Us?

  • Flexible work options: remote, hybrid, clinic-based, or in-home
  • Autonomy to help shape your schedule and caseload
  • Strong clinical, administrative, and operational support
  • Performance-based bonus paid out every paycheck
  • A collaborative team that truly values work-life balance

Position Overview

We’re looking for a compassionate and motivated BCBA to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll lead clinical care, support your team, and partner with families to create meaningful, lasting progress.

We work with you to design a role that fits your strengths—whether that’s more remote programming or hands-on clinical support.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Oversee skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
  • Analyze data and adjust treatment plans based on progress
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs and/or BCaBAs
  • Provide parent training and ongoing family support
  • Collaborate with your team in a supportive, growth-focused environment
  • Ensure ethical, high-quality care aligned with our mission

What You Bring

  • Active BCBA certification (BACB)
  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Experience in ABA (preferred, not required for strong candidates)
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Passion for working with children and families

Compensation & Growth

We value clinical excellence and reward it. All licensed ABA staff are eligible for a performance-based bonus paid each paycheck, giving you more control over your earnings while maintaining ethical, high-quality care.

We also offer clear pathways for advancement into leadership roles as we continue to grow.

Benefits

  • 3 weeks PTO after 60 days
  • 6 weeks paid maternity/paternity leave
  • Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance
  • 401(k) with discretionary match
  • Annual CEU reimbursement
  • Company-paid training and development
  • Pet Insurance
  • Capella University partnership (tuition discounts)

Plus, full operational support so you can focus on clinical care:

  • In-house Billing Team
  • HR Department
  • Intake & Authorization Team
  • Credentialing Specialist
  • Scheduling Coordination
  • Internal Tech Support
