What You’ll Do
The Recruiting Assistant plays a key role in supporting branch operations through recruiting, onboarding, administrative, and customer service activities. This position serves as the first point of contact for applicants, employees, clients, and visitors while helping ensure efficient, compliant, and professional branch operations. Responsibilities include:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to applicants, employees, clients, and visitors.
  • Answer incoming calls, greet visitors, and assist with onboarding and employment-related inquiries.
  • Review and process applicants, maintain job postings, and support recruiting activities.
  • Coordinate onboarding processes, including compliance documentation and E-Verify requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation within company systems.
  • Assist with talent audits, drug screening processes, and compliance initiatives.
  • Support branch events, client visits, and day-to-day office operations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold company policies, procedures, and professional standards.
