You will play a vital role in ensuring smooth clinic workflows, delivering outstanding patient service, and maintaining accurate medical records.   • Collect payments, process medical and dental billing, and perform insurance verification including CPT coding, and documentation review
  • Maintain accurate patient records, update health information management systems, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Manage multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette; handle appointment scheduling and patient inquiries efficiently
  • Support medical administrative tasks such as filing, data entry (including 10 key typing), and managing electronic health records
  • Facilitate intake processes for new patients and assist with clinic operations to optimize patient flow and office management
