About the Role:
We are seeking a professional, organized, and client-focused Receptionist to serve as the front-line representative of our Oakland office, while supporting intake, administrative, and operational functions across the firm.
This support role is ideal for a professional who enjoys working with people while contributing to the smooth daily operation of a law office. The position blends reception, client intake coordination, administrative assistance, and general operational support.
The successful candidate will create a welcoming environment for clients and visitors, support attorneys and staff with administrative needs, assist with client intake processes, and help maintain efficient office operations.
Key Responsibilities
โ€ข Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, maintaining a professional and working reception environment.
โ€ข Answer, screen, and route incoming calls and emails promptly and professionally.
โ€ข Coordinate client intake calls, consultations, and onboarding documentation.
โ€ข Support attorneys and staff with scheduling, correspondence, and administrative tasks.
โ€ข Manage conference room scheduling and maintain orderly reception and client areas.
โ€ข Assist with document management, file organization, and case setup within firm systems.
โ€ข Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and office supply coordination.
