Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and organized Receptionist/Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact to greet our clients and visitors and determine the reason for their visit. You will support the staff by managing various administrative tasks and clerical duties including answering phones, making copies, and organizing files. When necessary, you will also input information into our database to ensure our electronic files are updated. We prefer candidates who have some office/administrative support experience, but we are willing to train the right person. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
