QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1+ years of Law Firm experience is required
  • Excellent client skills
  • Type 60+wpm
  • Excellent and welcoming phone etiquette
  • Proficient with Microsoft office
  • Prior law firm support experience, personal injury is a HUGE plus
  • Experience ordering records, bills & reports
