Schedule: 3 Days/Week | 13-Hour Shiftsย 

About the Roleย 
As aย Receptionist,ย you'llย be the first point of contact for visitors - the person who sets the tone and creates a welcoming atmosphere. This role is perfect for someone with strong customer service skills who enjoysย purposefulย work.ย 

No experience in a specific field? No problem. If you have a background in hospitality, retail, or any fast-paced customer service role, you already have the skillsย we'reย looking for -ย we'llย teach you everything else.ย

  • Greet every visitor with warmth and professionalismย 
  • Manage check-ins and check-outs, verify information, andย assistย with formsย 
  • Schedule and confirm appointmentsย 
  • Maintain a clean, calm, and welcoming front desk areaย
