Description of the role:

The Receptionist at Brandon Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram plays a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and administrative support to the dealership. As the first point of contact for customers, the Receptionist represents the company and creates a positive impression for visitors and callers. This position requires exceptional communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. **This is a part-time position, hours will vary, and Saturdays will be required. 

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and greet customers and visitors, offering assistance and directing them to the appropriate department
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls to the appropriate person or department
  • Operate a multi-line telephone system, taking and delivering messages as needed
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
  • Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar for various departments
  • Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
  • Assist with organizing and coordinating meetings and events
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role
