The Goddard School of Katy (Cinco Ranch) is looking for a warm, organized, and enthusiastic Office Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our school community. Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome families, children, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and courteously
  • Manage front desk operations including sign-in/sign-out procedures and visitor check-in
  • Maintain and organize student records, enrollment documents, and administrative files
  • Assist school director and staff with scheduling, correspondence, and daily administrative tasks
  • Coordinate communication between parents, staff, and administration
  • Support enrollment processes by providing tours and sharing information with prospective families
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred
  • Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
