Job Summary

Lucky T Ranch Restaurant is hiring a Fry Cook to join our kitchen team and help deliver consistently great food.

Key Responsibilities Food Preparation & Cooking
  • Prepare fried menu items (fries, wings, appetizers, and more) according to recipes and standards

  • Ensure food is cooked to proper temperature, texture, and presentation every time

  • Monitor fryer temperatures and cook times for consistency and quality

Station Management
  • Set up, stock, and maintain a clean and organized fry station

  • Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures

  • Maintain oil quality and ensure proper fryer operation

Kitchen Support & Teamwork
  • Assist with prep work and other kitchen tasks as needed

  • Communicate clearly with kitchen staff to ensure timely food execution

  • Support a smooth, efficient service during busy shifts


Requirements
