The right candidate is comfortable answering phones, helping current members, talking with prospective families, and supporting the trial process through enrollment.
For the right fit, this role may also grow into sales and coaching opportunities
What You'll Do

  • Support current members with account questions, attendance updates, makeups, and general needs

  • Follow up with leads and assist in converting trials into memberships
  • Support daily front desk operations and help keep the center clean, organized, and welcoming
  • Assist with events, camps, and special center initiatives, as needed

  • Communicate professionally with co-workers in Slack, including periodic checks of messages when not in-center
  • Attend additional mandatory staff meetings as required by the staff leadership
  • Directly report to Owners and work closely with the General Manager and Head Coach
  • Other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For
  • Motivated individual looking to grow within a company
  • Friendly, outgoing, and professional with strong communication and people skills
  • Comfortable talking to parents in-person and over the phone
  • Organized and dependable with strong follow-through
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or front desk experience preferred
  • Experience working with kids is a plus, but not required for the front desk role

Schedule
  • Priority will be given to candidates with availability on Saturdays and Sundays, but we may be flexible for the right fit
  • Some weekday evenings availability
  • Schedule will depend on center needs and trial volume
  • Part Time: ~12 hours a week

Compensation: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
