Automotive Service BDC Agent
Full-Time | Immediate Hire
Fox Toyota is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Service BDC Agent to join our growing team! If you're passionate about providing great service, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to be part of a dealership that values its people and its customers, we want to hear from you.
This is an hourly position, with monthly bonus opportunities available.
Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound service calls, texts, and emails in a professional, friendly manner.
  • Schedule service appointments and follow up on missed or declined work.
  • Confirm appointments and ensure customers receive updates on vehicle status.
  • Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM.
  • Assist with CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) initiatives by providing a smooth, informative service experience.
  • Collaborate with the service advisors and management team to maximize department efficiency and retention.

Qualifications:
  • Prior BDC or customer service experience preferred (automotive experience a plus).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working with computers, phone systems, and CRM tools.
  • Positive attitude, reliable, and detail-oriented.
