Job description

Responsible for assisting the corporate team with inventory & maintenance, inbound projects, social media content, audience research, blog writing/promotion and other administrative duties as assigned.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

Daily/Weekly/Monthly Tasks will include, but are not limited to:

  • Run and organize an elaborate inventory system
  • Lead an internal shipping and receiving system
  • Work with Office Managers, Regional Directors, and Marketing Department to ensure excellent
  • customer service
  • Help write creative copy for web, social media sites, and email that attracts, connects, and converts
  • Assist with content conceptualization, content management and publishing
  • Create and develop a social media presence to generate brand awareness and foster engagement.
  • Manage daily engagement and content calendars across social channels
  • Assist in identifying and articulating digital advertising opportunities, support with web content and social media support
  • Maintain company news blog, social media profiles, and company websites with an emphasis on optimizing copy for SEO purposes.
  • Assist and coordinate SEO efforts including keyword research, site audits, site optimization, link building and competitive assessment
  • Initiate and complete tasks as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills & Attributes:

  • Good planning, inventory, and organizational skills
  • Demonstrate excellent communications, research, and writing skills are a must
  • Experience with Adobe design programs such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.
  • Familiar with social media platforms: Facebook, LinkedIn, Google+, X
  • Familiar with Google Analytics, Ad-words, and Webmaster Tools a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
