Oakbrook Corporation is looking for a Property Manager to join our team at Tennyson Ridge Apartments in Madison, WI. Tennyson Ridge is a three-story, 72-unit community built in 2017. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on, building connections, and creating a place residents are proud to call home.

What You'll Do
  • Oversee all aspects of daily property operations
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and promptly respond to resident concerns
  • Lead, train, and support onsite team members
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, vendors, and business partners
  • Ensure compliance with Affordable Housing programs, including Section 42 requirements
  • Process resident move-ins, annual recertifications, and income/asset verifications
  • Manage occupancy goals, leasing activity, and resident retention efforts
  • Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and resident communications
  • Prepare monthly reports and monitor property performance
  • Assist with budget preparation and expense monitoring
