Job Description Header:
  • Oversee projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring alignment with scope, contract requirements, timelines, and quality standards
  • Develop and manage project schedules, milestones, and key events while tracking progress and addressing delays
  • Serve as the primary customer contact, providing status updates, coordinating meetings, and resolving questions or concerns in collaboration with KGF Project Management
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, production, service, logistics) to ensure alignment on requirements, timelines, and deliverables
  • Monitor manufacturing and build progress, ensuring assembly milestones and quality standards are achieved
  • Plan and execute Factory and Site Acceptance Tests (FAT/SAT), including documentation, performance validation, and punch list completion
  • Manage shipping logistics, communicate tracking details, and coordinate installation, site readiness, and commissioning activities
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular status reporting to internal leadership
  • Identify risks, develop contingency plans, and proactively communicate issues to stakeholders
  • Lead project closeout activities, ensuring all deliverables, approvals, documentation, and customer feedback are completed
  • Support additional internal initiatives, including CIC-related tasks
