PURPOSE

The purpose of the Marketing Coordinator is to support and execute the dealership's marketing and social media strategies by managing day-to-day digital engagement, coordinating marketing initiatives, and ensuring consistent brand communication across all platforms. This role is responsible for content creation, community management, campaign execution, and performance analysis to drive engagement, brand awareness, and customer connection.

The Marketing Coordinator serves as a key voice of the brand, ensuring all interactions reflect company values while supporting marketing campaigns, events, and overall business objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage day-to-day activity across all social media platforms including posting, scheduling, and community engagement (comments, messages, etc.) 
  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals 
  • Create, edit, and publish engaging content including text, images, and video across platforms 
  • Monitor and respond to customer interactions while maintaining brand voice and professionalism 
  • Coordinate and execute marketing initiatives including campaigns, sponsorships, and events (on-site and off-site) 
  • Manage logistics, timelines, and budgets related to marketing events and campaigns 
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Marcom, and BDC teams to ensure campaigns reach target audiences effectively 
  • Analyze performance metrics using platform analytics, GA4, and Meta tools to optimize campaign performance 
  • Identify trends, high-performing content, and opportunities for growth within the social media landscape 
  • Maintain compliance with brand standards and ensure all content aligns with company guidelines 
  • Assist in answering customer questions through social platforms in a timely and helpful manner 
  • Support additional social media efforts across multiple rooftops or brands as needed 
  • Maintain strong organization and attention to detail across all projects 
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Advanced proficiency in social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, X, and LinkedIn 
  • Strong content creation and copywriting skills 
  • Experience with design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Lightroom 
  • Solid understanding of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics (GA4) 
  • Strong understanding of marketing concepts and campaign strategy 
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment 
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
