An Account Manager (AM) at Imarc plays a key role within the Account Services Team at Imarc.

They provide a trusted point of contact with established, strategic accounts on both their

retainers and projects. The AM balances the client’s business objectives and priorities with the

agency’s bottom line. They understand the client’s metrics for success and work

collaboratively with internal teams to ensure client requests are executed effectively and

meet these goals.


AMs build strong relationships with clients by understanding their business, and looking for

opportunities to position new Imarc services to deliver on their goals. The AM role at Imarc is

responsible for providing day-to-day support to Account Directors, communicating client

feedback, and ensuring the smooth execution of projects and tasks. They deliver client

satisfaction by closely reviewing work and pushing the agency to produce its best results,

acting as a key point of contact for both clients and internal teams alike. The ideal candidate

will possess excellent communication skills, an understanding of digital marketing and web

development, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.


Responsibilities

  • Address client inquiries, respond to emails, and provide timely updates on project progress.

  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members.
  • Understand the client’s goals, priorities, and metrics for success.
  • Assist in researching and analyzing market trends, competitors, and industry insights.
  • Join the Client Success Team in building trust with the client through open, honest communication.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience as an Account Executive, Account Manager, Project Manager, or in a similar client-facing role within a digital agency.
  • Strong understanding of website development and digital marketing.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Asana or similar project management software, Smartsheets, Parallax or similar resourcing software, and Google Suite.
