What You'll Be Doing
  • Work closely with clients, GCs, superintendents, safety manager, field personnel, estimators, project managers, and all others involved in projects
  • Manage HVAC scopes within water/wastewater treatment projects, coordinating with superintendents, field staff, clients, and general contractors.
  • Oversee material and equipment procurement, delivery schedules, and installation coordination.
  • Produce AutoCAD installation drawing packages for field teams.
  • Generate project billings, budgets, purchase orders, and change order requests.
  • Prepare and review submittals, O&M manuals, and other project documentation.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project.
  • Ensure quality control and timely execution of preconstruction and construction deliverables.
  • Represent Felix professionally in meetings and on job sites across the Valley.

Who You Are
  • Experienced construction professional with some HVAC project management background
  • Understands construction fundamentals: scheduling, RFIs, submittals, drawings, and specifications
  • Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in construction; water/wastewater experience preferred
  • Proficient in Excel, Bluebeam, and basic AutoCAD
  • Able to read and interpret plans/specs across multiple disciplines
  • Familiar with Alternative Delivery Methods (CMAR, Design-Build, JOC, etc.) is a plus
  • Clear communicator, proactive problem-solver, and collaborative team player
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
