Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Assistant Project Manager with 2 to 5 years of experience in high-end multifamily construction to support project execution in Boston. This role provides an opportunity to work on luxury residential developments while collaborating with seasoned professionals to ensure quality, schedule, and budget goals are met.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordination from pre-construction through completion.
  • Support budget tracking, cost control, and subcontractor management.
  • Maintain and organize project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
  • Work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, and design teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, enforce safety standards, and resolve issues proactively.
  • Communicate with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to keep projects on track.

Qualifications:
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in multifamily or luxury residential construction.
  • Strong understanding of construction management processes, contracts, and scheduling.
  • Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction software.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
