We are seeking a Project Manager/Assistant Project Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for the management of multiple ongoing construction projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Direct communication with General Contractors for each project
  • Attend jobsite meetings
  • Release equipment orders for projects and track the status of orders
  • Assemble submittals for projects
  • Maintain communication with onsite employee supervisors

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in construction - preferably HVAC and Plumbing
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong analysis and critical thinking skills

  • Strong leadership qualities
