Job description

Full-time: Salary Based

Eutaw Construction is seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to work on our construction site. This position will require the Assistant Project Manager to support the Project Manager in planning, executing, and delivering construction projects safely, on time, and within budget. You’ll play an active role both in the field and in the office, gaining hands-on experience while working closely with experienced industry professionals.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager with project planning, scheduling, and execution

• Support takeoffs, pricing, and change-order preparation as projects evolve

• Serve as a key communication link between the field and office to ensure work is performed efficiently and within budget

• Communicate with clients through meetings, documentation, and follow-up, helping ensure alignment and project success

• Assist with project documentation and reporting, including but not limited to:

o Daily reports

o Quantity tracking

o Schedule updates

o Progress reporting to internal teams and owners

• Contribute across multiple areas of the project while receiving ongoing training and mentorship
