  • Help maintain smooth backend operations across custom residential builds
  • Use project and document management tools to keep information accurate and accessible

Qualifications

  • 5 or more years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a similar role preferred
  • Construction experience is strongly preferred, especially for project coordination backgrounds
  • Candidates from project-driven industries may be considered if they bring strong organizational and process skills
  • Excellent communication and follow-through
  • Strong organizational ability and documentation habits
  • Financial awareness and comfort handling budgets, pricing, and job-related data
  • Experience with construction or project software is a plus, including Resio, Adaptive, SharePoint, and Bluebeam
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required

Pay and benefits

  • Full-time. W-2 employment
  • Pay range: $60,000 to $85,000 per year, depending on experience
  • 401K after the first year under contract
  • Health Insurance options
  • Opportunity to grow with a high-end custom builder
  • This role is primarily in-person during onboarding, with potential for a partial hybrid schedule based on performance and business needs.
  • Work on distinctive luxury residential projects rather than repetitive production work

This is a strong opportunity for someone who wants to be part of a company building truly custom homes at a high level. MVAN is not looking for someone to simply push paperwork; they want a sharp, organized professional who can help keep complex projects moving behind the scenes.
