Your Responsibilities


  • Assist Project Manager and Estimator with project documentation and administrative tasks
  • Support the preparation and management of submittals, work plans, RFIs, and quantity take-offs
  • Solicit quotes and coordinate with vendors and subcontractors
  • Track quantities, materials, and labor in coordination with field staff
  • Prepare and organize foreman books, project folders, submittals, and other essential documentation
  • Maintain organized project files, drawings, and plans both digitally and physically
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with vendors, subcontractors, and team members
  • Collect and compile data from the PM and foreman to support RFIs and project tracking
  • Write clear, concise, and professional emails, letters, and reports
  • Accurately prepare documents in a timely manner under project deadlines
  • Demonstrate professional appearance and conduct at all times
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); willingness to learn additional software such as BlueBeam and HeavyJob
