Essential Functions
  • Assist in preparing, organizing, and maintaining project planning documents.
  • Support the development and tracking of project schedules, deliverables, and milestones.
  • Participate in asset management activities, including data collection, analysis, and reporting for infrastructure projects.
  • Help implement preventative maintenance and repair strategies for community assets.
  • Assist with the preparation and assembly of proposals for new projects and initiatives.
  • Contribute to technical content and background research for proposals and presentations.
  • Conduct technical research to support project design, implementation, and problem-solving.
  • Gather and analyze background information relevant to project goals and community needs.
  • Utilize CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software to support project design and documentation.
  • Work with GIS (Geographic Information Systems) to analyze spatial data and support asset management and planning
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project success.
  • Communicate findings, updates, and recommendations clearly to team members and stakeholders.
  • Stay current with industry best practices, tools, and technologies (including CAD and GIS).
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to innovative solutions for infrastructure improvement.
  • Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned, including but not limited to continuously growing in alignment with the Company's core values, competencies, and skills.

Education Qualifications
  • Preferred Associate's Degree and 2 years of construction/design industry experience
  • Preferred Bachelor's Degree

Experience Qualifications
  • Required 2 years of construction/design industry experience
  • Preferred Construction management and/or engineering technician experience
  • Required Microsoft 365 Suite
