Job Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Now Assist Engineer to design, implement, and optimize AI-powered solutions across the ServiceNow platform. The role centers on Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), Business Continuity Management (BCM), Privacy, and Enterprise Risk, leveraging Now Assist, AI Agents, Agentic Workflows, and Generative AI capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement AI-powered workflows using ServiceNow Now Assist and AI Agents
  • Build conversational AI experiences using Now Assist Panel and Virtual Agent
  • Support IRM, GRC, BCM, Privacy, Audit, Risk, and Security Operations functions
  • Implement AI governance controls and compliance guardrails
  • Build reusable automation components and support SDK/source-controlled development
  • Collaborate across Risk, Compliance, Security, and IT teams
  • Communicate AI concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Required Skills
