We are seeking a motivated Engineering Manager to join our team and support daily operations while meeting customer and regulatory requirements.Position SummaryThe Engineering Manager leads Product Engineering at TASE Global, translating program requirements into executable engineering plans. This role drives the development of new products and continuous improvement of existing products, ensuring designs are manufacturable, cost-effective, competitive, and compliant with AS9100 and aerospace quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and allocate engineering resources to meet cost, schedule, and production requirementsDirect product design, development, and engineering change control activitiesEnsure designs comply with AS9100, quality system requirements, and manufacturing best practicesCoordinate engineers, drafters, and application engineers across assigned programsPartner with Product Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and PurchasingSupport vendor qualification and technical issue resolutionOversee project schedules and risk mitigation effortsPerform or direct engineering calculations and technical analysisDrive cost reduction and continuous improvement initiativesSupport product liability defense activities as requiredQualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering (preferred)5+ years of engineering leadership experience in an industrial or aerospace manufacturing environmentStrong experience with structural aluminum designWorking knowledge of AS9100 and controlled design environmentsProficiency with AutoCAD, Inventor, and Microsoft Office toolsStrong communication and organizational skillsOther DutiesPlease note this job description is not intended to limit additional responsibilities or duties.
