Loan Officer Assistant

We’re looking for a detail‑oriented Loan Officer Assistant to support our Mortgage Loan Officers, Processors, and Closers. This role is essential in keeping our mortgage pipeline moving quickly and accurately. What You’ll Do

  • Set up new mortgage applications, including printing applications and credit reports
  • Track and route incoming loan volume to the appropriate team members
  • Assist with retrieving and preparing closed loan files for secondary marketing
  • Answer, direct, and document incoming calls from members
  • Prepare and send marketing materials, disclosures, and member packages
  • Schedule appointments for Loan Officers and processors
  • Provide general mortgage-related information to members
  • Review and process appraisal invoices
  • Maintain organized files—copying, faxing, and scanning as needed
  • Generate basic reports for tracking purposes
  • Ensure compliance with all federal regulations and company policies
  • Support additional administrative tasks as assigned

What You’ll Need

  • Ability to register with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System
  • Basic administrative, customer service, and research skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers accurately

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
