Detailed Description:

The Department of Management in the AACSB-accredited Knauss School of Business at the University of San Diego invites applications for two tenure-track Assistant Professor positions beginning in Fall 2027. We seek candidates with a promising research trajectory who can teach undergraduate and graduate courses in organizations, global strategy, and entrepreneurship, and contribute to the research, teaching, and service needs of the department and school.

Job Requirements:

The successful candidate will have a PhD, or be ABD near completion, in Management with a specialization in Organizational Behavior, Organization Theory, Strategic Management, or a related field from an AACSB-accredited program by the start of the appointment. Candidates are expected to maintain a record of scholarly achievement in high-quality peer-reviewed outlets in their field and demonstrate a commitment to teaching excellence and service in a private university environment.
