About Our Program

You'll be joining the JD Young (JDY) Internship Program, designed to give early-career talent hands-on exposure to real projects, real responsibilities, and real growth. Over 3-6 months, you'll work alongside experienced teams, build fundamental skills, and gain insights into how a global business operates.

This internship provides hands-on experience in full-cycle recruiting operations within a high-volume logistics environment, supporting hiring across multiple New Jersey and South region sites.

  • Assist with sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels

  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach

  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and candidates

  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate databases

  • Draft and post job advertisements across various platforms

  • Support employer branding initiatives and campus recruitment activities

  • Track recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reports

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

  • Assist with onboarding documentation and new hire coordination as needed

  • Perform other HR and recruitment-related projects assigned by the team

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Supply Chain, or a related field

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
