Job description

JM Test Systems is a leading provider of test equipment calibration, repair, and asset management services. We're looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team and serve as a trusted partner to employees and leaders across the organization.
This is a high-impact, well-rounded HR role supporting the full employee lifecycle-from recruiting and onboarding to employee relations, performance management, and compliance. You'll work closely with leaders across the business to drive consistency, support growth, and enhance the employee experience.
What You'll Do:
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical and administrative roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers)
  • Partner with managers on employee relations matters, including performance improvement, investigations, and conflict resolution.
  • Administer and communicate HR policies, ensuring consistency and compliance with employment laws.
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding to create a positive employee experience.
  • Support performance management cycles (goal setting, mid-year reviews, annual evaluations)
  • Maintain HRIS data integrity and report on key metrics (turnover, headcount, time-to-fill, etc.)
  • Assist with compensation benchmarking, job descriptions, and pay equity initiatives.
  • Coordinate training and development programs aligned with business needs.
  • Support benefits administration, including open enrollment and leave management (FMLA, ADA, etc.)
What We're Looking For:
  • 3-5 years of progressive HR experience in a generalist role
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws (FLSA, ADA, FMLA, EEO, etc.)
  • Proven experience handling employee relations issues with professionalism and discretion
  • Experience with HRIS systems and data reporting
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, operational environment
