The School of Business at Indiana University Kokomo invites applications for a full-time, 10-month, Clinical Assistant Professor position beginning Fall 2026. Information about the program can be found at https://kokomo.iu.edu/business/index.html.

Responsibilities include teaching four courses per semester (in-person, online, and hybrid); establishing and maintaining ongoing sustained and substantive professional engagement activities related to the area of teaching involving interaction with business and management practice (or) Sustained scholarly activity, including the publication of some PRJs; and being active in service to the program, the campus, and the university.
One of eight campuses of Indiana University, Indiana University Kokomo is a comprehensive non-residential campus located 50 miles north of Indianapolis in Kokomo, Indiana, a city with a population of about 57,000. Committed to student success, the campus serves approximately 3,230 students from a 14-county area in north-central Indiana. IU Kokomo has around 260 full-time faculty and staff. Basic Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Requirements include a doctoral degree in Management or a closely related field, teaching experience at the undergraduate college level, and a demonstrated commitment to excellence in student-centered learning and collaboration. ABD will be considered. We seek candidates with a strong commitment to teaching, practice (or) research, and service in areas such as strategic management, human resources, operations management, entrepreneurship, international business, or other relevant management disciplines.
Preferred Qualifications
Doctoral degree in Strategy or Management from an AACSB accredited university. Teaching experience at the MBA/graduate level. Experience mentoring undergraduate or graduate students. Evidence of the use of experiential learning.
