Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Learn and safely use basic hand tools, power tools, and production equipment.
  • Assist skilled employees with production activities and material movement.
  • Perform specialized tasks and duties that may require on-the-job training.
  • Read, understand, and follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production requirements.
  • Maintain attention to detail to ensure products meet established quality standards.
  • Inspect work for accuracy and report quality concerns to management.
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
  • Follow all company policies, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures.
  • Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and practice safe work habits at all times.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers to support production goals.
  • Identify, report, and assist in resolving production issues as they arise.
