Job description

The Production Lead is responsible for coordinating and supervising Production Supervisors to enhance operational efficiency across manufacturing operations. This role focuses on workflow optimization, waste elimination, and the implementation of Lean Management practices to drive improvements in safety, quality, and cost.

Additionally, the role supports training and certification programs in alignment with corporate standards while ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements and maximizing the performance of materials, equipment, and personnel.

 
QualificationsEducation & Experience

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Science
    OR 6–8 years of leadership experience in manufacturing

  • Lean Black Belt Certification

  • Bilingual (Spanish & English – fluent)

  • Strong analytical skills and knowledge of process improvement methodologies

Preferred:

  • Experience leading cross-functional projects

  • Change management experience

Technical SkillsMathematics

  • Ability to apply statistical concepts, ratios, percentages, and basic algebra/geometry

Computer Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

  • MS Project

  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, charts)

  • Internet research and data analysis tools

     
Pay Details: $30.00 to $50.00 per hour
