Employment Type: Part-Time | Per Diem | Freelance

Compensation: $1,000 per show weekend (Fri/Sat or Sat/Sun) + Hourly compensation for off-week duties only if necessary

The All Nashville Roadshow is a fast-growing, artist-driven touring music experience rooted in Americana, community, and Southern culture. We bring the Nashville Experience through unforgettable, intimate outdoor concert experiences to curated small towns across the Southeast, complete with great music, food, drink, and hospitality. With 40+ shows projected in 2026, ANRS is poised for major regional impact — and we’re building a core team to power that vision.


About the Role:


We’re looking for a Nashville-based Assistant Show Producer to join our production team. This is a hands-on, on-the-ground role where you’ll work closely with our Lead Show Producer to ensure each show runs smoothly from start to finish. If you’re resourceful, organized, and thrive in a live event environment, this role is for you.


Core Responsibilities:


  • Assist the Show Producer in all event-day duties
  • Help coordinate stage setup, artist load-in/load-out, and show transitions
  • Support with equipment handling, volunteer coordination, and audience flow
  • Drive or assist with transportation of a box truck and trailer to/from show sites (training available if needed)
  • Make occasional supply runs or pickups (must have reliable transportation)
  • Provide logistical and event support between shows as needed (paid hourly)
  • Act as a professional, calm, problem-solving presence on site


Requirements:


  • Based in or near Nashville, TN
  • Comfortable driving (or willing to learn to drive) a box truck with trailer
  • Experience in live events, production, or touring is a plus
  • Must be available on weekends and willing to travel regionally
  • Strong attention to detail, adaptable, and calm under pressure
  • Reliable, self-starting team player
  • Able to lift/carry gear and assist with physical setup
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
