The HR assistant carries out responsibilities in some or all of the following functional areas: recruitment, employee relations, training and development, benefits programs, compensation, organization development, executive administration, etc. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES Recruiting and staffing Employee orientation, development, and training logistics and recordkeeping; Employee performance appraisals Assisting with employee relations; Company employee communication; Compensation and benefits administration and recordkeeping; Employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health reporting; Maintaining employee files Assisting with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR office Assisting in organizing company activities QUALIFICATIONS University degree/college diploma in HR or Business Admin field At least 1-2 years working experience Strong problem solving skills Knowledge of Microsoft Products (Internet Explorer, MS Outlook, MS Word, Excel, etc.) Proficient in oral & written English Proficient in Chinese (either Mandarin or Cantonese) is a plus Excellent phone skills and communication skills; Polite manners and positive working attitude and self motivated Exceptional interpersonal skill EMPLOYER YesUp Ecommerce Solutions Inc
