    Job Summary

    We are seeking a Spec 2, Graphic Labeling professional to develop, modify, and maintain product labeling and packaging graphics for medical devices and pharmaceutical products. The ideal candidate will have experience with medical device labeling, regulatory compliance, graphic design software, and controlled document management.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Develop and modify product labels, carton graphics, implant cards, patient leaflets, inserts, and other labeling materials while ensuring compliance with medical, legal, and regulatory requirements.
    • Follow established design formats, labeling style guidelines, and branding standards.
    • Lead and/or support cross-functional teams in collecting labeling content and translating requirements into functional label layouts using labeling and graphic/illustration software.
    • Support labeling requirements for both commercialized products and new product development.
    • Develop, manage, and implement labeling changes within approved document management and change-control systems.
    • Design product labeling considering product identification, worldwide regulatory requirements, aesthetics, printing, production techniques, and sales appeal.
    • Manage multiple labeling projects and deadlines while prioritizing work independently.
    • Support company initiatives related to the Quality Management System (QMS), Environmental Management System (EMS), and other regulatory requirements.
    • Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, ISO standards, company policies, SOPs, work instructions, and applicable regulatory requirements.
    • Assist with the design and development of packaging prototypes and support R&D builds with labeling.
    • Participate in Voice of Customer (VOC) activities through collaboration with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
    • Develop, maintain, and manage packaging graphics and labeling using electronic desktop publishing tools.
    • Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
